 Who can I reach out to if I encounter fake accounts or potential scammers?

You can contact our Support Center. We have very strict hiring policies and we will contact potential scammers. In addition, our tracking system will ensure the safety of both Providers and Users. The Provider will be able to report the User in case something happens. Please provide clear and concise reports to facilitate investigations. 

What happens when someone reports me and my service?

We will check all reports thoroughly. If we determine the report to be true, you will get one strike. We limit any Provider to three strikes. On the first strike, you will get a warning. The second strike will have your account suspended for at least one week. If you happen to reach three strikes, your account will be suspended for one month and we will need to evaluate you again after one month.
