What will happen if I want to cancel my Booking?
We discourage you from canceling your booking as it may be a loss to our Providers.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 30 minutes of the event's starting time, you will need to forfeit half the money that you have paid as compensation.
You may cancel the booking if it has been more than one hour since the booking was made. If your Provider has lost contact with you, you may cancel your booking and be refunded 90% of the money paid to your TimeGap wallet.
If you cancel the booking before your Provider accepts, you will receive a full refund.

Can I change my Booking Date instead of canceling my Booking?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the appointment date of your booking on this version of the app. You may need to cancel the current booking and make a fresh booking on a different date.
Will I receive a full refund if the Provider cancels my booking?
Yes, you will receive a full refund.
