Booking Cancelation (Provider)
Will there be a penalty if I were to cancel a booking that a User has paid for? Is there a limit to the number of times I am allowed to do so?
We will give your account a strike for each time you cancel with a default limit of three. First strike is a warning. For the second strike, you will not be able to accept any job for one week. For the third and last strike, you get one month of penalty, that is you won't be able to accept any jobs until the period has passed.
